6 week mindfulness for stress course
The last course ran on Wednesdays 8pm-9.15pm – from 29 January 2020 at Chorlton Health Hub. I hope to have these up and running again soon.
This short course is a great way to try out and develop mindfulness in a small friendly group.
You’ll be introduced to techniques to help you become calmer, more resilient, happier and inspired. Learn to meditate and start to bring mindfulness to your life.
Each week there’ll be some short, guided meditations and we’ll explore some ideas behind mindfulness. If you’ve not been to a mindfulness class before, you can read more about what happens here.
It’s suitable for beginners and for those who have had some experience but have fallen off the mindfulness wagon (as we all do) and would like to refresh their skills and get their meditation practice back on track.
