They are suitable for everyone.

Every Wednesday 6pm-6:30pm

Live guided meditation classes on Zoom.

A simple, gentle mindful meditation session. Each week has a different focus to ground, calm and build resilience.

Suitable for beginners and also for regular meditators. Anyone who’d like a live guided meditation in a friendly, supportive group setting.
