Guided meditation classes on Zoom
I started running these guided meditation classes when we went into lockdown, to offer a regular point in the week to take a break from our new strange lives. The sessions are every Wednesday at 10:30 and again at 17:30 and will continue at least until we emerge blinking into post-Covid 19 land.

Live guided meditation classes on Zoom. A simple, gentle mindful meditation session. Each week has a different focus relevant to the strange times we find ourselves in.
Suitable for beginners and also for regular meditators. Anyone who’d like a live guided meditation in a friendly, supportive group setting.
