Slowdown Saturdays-our monthly mini-retreat
Karen will lead an exploration based around moving & then finding stillness, connecting body & breath.
Bridget will lead a mindfulness exploration giving you a pause and some tools to cope with life.
If you are feeling overwhelm or just wanting some wonderful feeling movement, this is right up your street.
Karen & Bridget will draw on their many years of teaching experience to provide a creative approach to enable you to enjoy this workshop.
This is a perfect antidote for a stressed out life. If you fancy some me-time this will also give you that too.
All are welcome and this mini-retreat is beginners-friendly. A lovely present for someone or for you!
