Yoga & Mindfulness – Mini-Retreat Online

A morning of yoga & mindfulness with me and yoga teacher, the lovely Karen Hadgett, who you may have ‘met’ at our Wednesday morning mindfulness classes.
Are you are part of the working from home society and want a yoga & mindfulness practice tailor made for YOU?
This Saturday morning workshop is the perfect antidote to your stressed out life, sitting (on a dodgy chair), at a computer, on-screen much of the day. You may be feeling pretty isolated too - even if it does feel like you're spending your whole life staring at people on Zoom or teams.
Karen will lead the gentle movement practice, taking on those achy backs, tight slumped shoulders and sore hips and I'll be leading the mindfulness bit, where we’ll focus on bringing some kindness to yourself and feeling calmer and more connected to others.
And if you just need a few hours or peace, quiet and me-time this will tick all those boxes too.
