mindful yoga spring workshop – flourish

Celebrating the movement from spring into summer, this relaxing afternoon of yoga and mindfulness will focus on preparing the ground for a flourishing summer. Using energising movement and quiet stillness, you’ll declutter the mind and have the space to pause, to breathe and nurture the delicate shoots of growth and possibility.
Practical, functional yoga flow and down-to-earth mindfulness techniques come together in this fun mini-retreat. Mindful yoga starts from wherever you are physically and mentally, so it’s perfect for all bodies and fitness levels and yoga/mindfulness experience.
Beginners/returners very welcome.

Karen lead an exploration based around moving & then finding stillness, connecting body & breath.
Bridget leads a mindfulness exploration giving you a pause and some tools to cope with life.
If you are feeling overwhelm or just wanting some wonderful feeling movement, this is right up your street.
Karen & Bridget will draw on their many years of teaching experience to provide a creative approach to enable you to enjoy this workshop.
This is a perfect antidote for a stressed out life.
All are welcome and this mini-retreat is beginners-friendly. A lovely present for someone or for you!
