A day of yoga & mindfulness
Saturday 2 November 2019 10am-3pm - at Creative Calm Studio, Prestwich
Indulge in an extended yoga & mindfulness session with Karen Hadgett doing the yoga & me on the mindfulness. We've been running these joint workshops for a year now and they offer a lovely relaxing and nourishing day in the warm and friendly setting at the Creative Calm Yoga Studio.
This time our focus will be the shoulders & upper back.
During the morning of yoga we'll be gently releasing stress & tension that we carry in our shoulders, particularly in the winter months and brace ourselves against the cold, dank days.
The mindfulness session will also work on softening and relaxing tension and letting go of tightness and holding in the body and mind.
The workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to experience the effects of an extended yoga & mindfulness practise.
A light (veggie/vegan) lunch will be provided to keep you going.
Cost: £46 for the day including lunch

A one-day workshop looking at nutrition and lifestyle tools for mental wellbeing.
